Coming soon: Is Your Girl Middle School Ready?
Sign them up for a fun, supportive 2 hour group that will help them build confidence, learn skills to decrease the stress that comes with starting a new school and connect with girls their age who get it! Led by Cristy Tucker, LPC-S, a family therapist and middle school mom of 4 previous middle school girls and a current middle school girl, this group is set up to normalize fears, help girls prepare for their new school year and set themselves up for middle school success.Their 2 hour time will include:-Tackling middle school myths vs reality-Managing emotions and daily stress-Gaining friendship skills and communication skills-Participating in confidence building activities-Making a middle school success plan-Lunch of sandwiches/chips/fruit/water (or bring your own)-And they will be going home with a ‘Middle School Ready!’ Folder with tips and a journal to help your daughter feel prepared.
For: Girls Ages 10-12; Entering 6th grade

Cost: $60 per child, paid at the time of enrollment.
