Connect and Restore is seeking compassionate, skilled therapists who want to do meaningful clinical work in a collaborative, relationship-focused environment.
We are an interdisciplinary practice serving children, adults, couples, and families. Our team values connection, clinical excellence, continued professional growth, and looking beyond symptoms to understand the whole person and family system.
We are currently seeking therapists in three areas of focus:
Adult Therapist – EMDR
We are looking for a therapist who enjoys working with adults and is interested in helping clients address trauma, anxiety, life transitions, relationship concerns, and other emotional and behavioral health needs.
Ideal candidates will:
- Enjoy working primarily with an adult caseload
- Have experience or a strong interest in trauma-informed therapy
- Be EMDR trained or willing to complete EMDR training
- Be comfortable developing individualized treatment plans based on each client’s needs and goals
- Value ongoing professional development and consultation
- Work well as part of a collaborative clinical team
Marriage & Family Therapist
We are seeking a therapist who enjoys working with couples and families and understands the importance of relationships and family systems in creating lasting change.
Ideal candidates will:
- Have training or experience in couples, marriage, and/or family therapy
- Be comfortable working with relationship conflict, communication difficulties, parenting concerns, family transitions, and other relational challenges
- Utilize a systemic and relationship-focused approach to treatment
- Enjoy collaborating with other professionals when clients have multiple areas of need
- Have an interest in continued training and development in evidence-based couples and family interventions
LMFTs and candidates pursuing LMFT licensure are especially encouraged to apply.
Child & Family Therapist
We are looking for a therapist who loves working with children and their families and understands that helping a child often means supporting the relationships and systems surrounding that child.
Ideal candidates will:
- Have experience or a strong interest in working with children and adolescents
- Enjoy actively involving parents and caregivers in the therapeutic process
- Be interested in attachment, regulation, developmental, behavioral, and trauma-informed approaches
- Have experience with or interest in play-based and experiential interventions
- Be comfortable helping parents understand the needs underlying children’s behaviors
- Value collaboration with families, schools, and other providers when appropriate
Training in play therapy, infant/early childhood mental health, attachment-focused approaches, or other child and family interventions is a plus but is not required.
Qualifications
Applicants should have:
- A master’s degree in counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work, psychology, or a related behavioral health field
- Oklahoma licensure or eligibility to pursue Oklahoma licensure
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
- Commitment to ethical and evidence-informed clinical practice
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment
- A desire to continue developing professionally
Candidates for licensure are encouraged to apply. We welcome early-career therapists who are looking for a setting where they can continue developing their clinical skills while becoming established in the profession.
Why Connect and Restore?
At Connect and Restore, therapists have the opportunity to work in an environment where mental health services are part of a broader, integrated approach to care.
Our multidisciplinary team includes professionals providing mental health counseling, occupational therapy, speech therapy, neurofeedback, medication management, and other specialized services. This allows clinicians to collaborate and consider the needs of the whole person rather than working in isolation.
We are looking for therapists who want more than a place to see clients. We want clinicians who value connection, collaboration, professional growth, and excellent care for individuals and families.
If you are passionate about helping adults heal, strengthening marriages and families, or helping children and their caregivers thrive, we would love to hear from you.
