I believe healing happens in the presence of safety, compassion, and connection. As a trauma-informed counselor, I create sacred space for clients to slow down, breathe deep, and begin the journey of uncovering and rewriting the stories that have shaped them. My work is grounded in EMDR, narrative therapy, and somatic practices—and guided by faith, gentle presence, and a deep honoring of each person’s story.
I work with teens and adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected—those longing for freedom but unsure how to get there. I have a special heart for those navigating religious abuse or church hurt—people wounded in the very places they expected to find safety and belonging. I offer a gentle, Spirit-led presence to help you sort through the grief and begin rebuilding.
If you’re carrying the weight of anxiety, heartache, or the aftermath of hard seasons, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’m here to walk with you—providing steady support and holding your story with gentleness, dignity, and care.
Before stepping into the counseling field, I spent years in ministry, nonprofit leadership, and teaching Holy Yoga—spaces that deepened my love for whole-person healing. I’m also a wife of 21 years and a mom to four amazing kids, which has shaped me in all the best ways. Our home is full of activity and joy, and when I’m not counseling, you’ll likely find me in the stands cheering on my kids in their sports, spending slow mornings with books and coffee in hand, or out on the town with my husband.
