From a young age, I felt a strong pull toward helping others feel seen, understood, and supported. I earned my degree in Human Development and Family Science from Oklahoma State University and later completed a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Southern Nazarene University.
Following graduate school, I sought opportunities to gain experience across different areas of mental health. I worked as a research assistant contributing to studies at the Oklahoma Children’s Hospital and the Laureate Institute for Brain Research, and later trained as a psychological technician administering psychological assessments under the mentorship of experienced psychologists. I also served as a school-based therapist, providing support to students navigating trauma, anxiety, ADHD, and behavioral challenges.
Today, I focus on working with adolescents and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, school-related stress, relational issues, and the unique transitions of perinatal and postpartum parenthood. My approach integrates attachment theory and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), helping clients better understand their experiences while also developing practical tools for everyday life. I believe healing happens within safe, supportive relationships and strive to create a space where clients feel comfortable exploring their story and moving toward meaningful change.
Outside of the office, I am married to a Tulsa firefighter and am the proud mom of two wonderful daughters. As a family, we love spending time outdoors, finding excuses for a sweet treat, and staying involved in our beloved community.
